Explore the map or browse the available spots. Open a building, storefront, billboard, or vehicle to see its current sponsor and minimum price.
Add your website and logo
Enter your website, review your brand name and tagline, and upload your logo. Preview your sponsor card before continuing to checkout.
Pay securely. Then go live.
Complete Stripe checkout. Your sponsorship publishes only after the payment is verified and the takeover is confirmed, not just when you return from checkout.
How takeover pricing works
An unsponsored spot costs its listed starting price. For a sponsored spot, the next minimum is the higher of the current price plus $5, or 10% more rounded up to the next whole dollar.

Prices are in USD. The current minimum is checked again at checkout. Another sponsor may complete a takeover while you are paying.
You pay once for a sponsorship, not a monthly fee. A higher confirmed takeover replaces the active sponsor.
Before you pay
Is my spot permanent?
Your sponsorship remains active until another sponsor successfully takes over this object. There is no timed auction or fixed end date, but active placement is not forever.
Do I get a refund after a takeover?
Payments are not refunded after a valid takeover. We only refund when we cannot deliver the sponsorship you paid for. Your sponsor page and ownership history stay listed after a takeover.
What if someone else pays first?
The first valid payment to finalize wins. If your later payment no longer clears the minimum, it cannot publish a sponsorship and is automatically refunded in full.
What am I buying?
An advertising placement in OwnTheCity, not real estate or an investment. You must have the right to use your branding; unlawful or misleading content may be hidden.
